      I was extremely disappointed in the product. I guess, not the product so much as the company itself. The company sent out a replacement ring that was not even what I ordered w/o consulting me first and then you have to go through a middle man to get them to contact the company about getting someone else to contact you through and e-mail, not by phone. It took a few days for that to happen and then I felt like the rep wasn't following how I wanted things to go for the return. Very frustrating by e-mail. I gave my phone number and asked that somebody call so I can explain over the phone. I felt that I shouldn't have had to pay for return shipping due to the fact that what I recieved was not what I ordered. After several days of not hearing from anyone I finally got an e-mail with a return label to download to return the pkg. Customer svc. was horrible. And how dare the company send something else that I didn't order and without my consent!! All and all I did not have a good experience and would not have more reason to do business with Arcadia in the future!!
