This W.A.C. Lighting recessed light trim features an open reflector and 5” size. It is compatible with compact fluorescent (CFL) light sources and features clean, minimalist styling. This contemporary recessed light trim comes in a Brushed Nickel finish paired with a specular clear baffle.

Questions and Answers

I am trying to update the trim on 4 canned lights that I have. They are 5" cans. Will the product below work in these standard cans or do they require a specific type of can? My cans are standard floodlight cans. If not, do you have any trim for a standard 5" flood can that is stainless steel?

WAC Lighting customer service has responded that they can NOT guarantee if their WAC-R-521-BN is universally compatible with other brands. They don't have cross reference sheet nor have tested compatibility with other brands' recessed housing. Note from our vendor: If you mix and match 2 different brands of recessed housing and recessed trim, then they will not be considered UL certified (or approved by the city building inspection).
