Fantastic fan...
We purchased the fan as part of a renovation to our Kitchen - Dining - Family room. While the fan was a minor part of the project to us our friends mentioned this addition among their first impressions. The ability to separate the lighting top and bottom with good diffusers was among the features we enjoy. The operation is quiet and smooth and it really moves the air, (Don't think we'll use the highest speed setting often). The remote is easy to use and the White color is nice, it stands out from other remotes.
Negatives - We didn't realize the fan blades had such a high gloss finish. They are beautiful, but the fan it replaced had a satin finish and the new blades catch the light from the television and other room lighting. This aspect was distracting at first but we are getting used to it. We also ordered the extension due to the fact that it is in a vaulted ceiling, it came with the wrong diameter and was unusable, (we will be sending this back for a refund). We decided the standard length was better anyway. Overall we are very pleased..
