    AireRyder 42" Zephyr Transitional Flushmount Ceiling Fan - VX-FN42267P can only be installed on a 120V line. 120V is standard voltage rating in the United States. This fan does not have a 220V option. We do have a few Fanimation fans that can be ordered in the 220V option. One of them is the FM-TF900 http://www.arcadianlighting.com/fm-tf900.html There are a few other ones available in 220V in that brand if you'd like to browse the options, http://www.arcadianlighting.com/fanimation.html but the TF900 is the most popular one.
