    Hello John, The PLC Lighting 3-Wire Halo-Compatible 4 Ft Track One Circuit - PLC-TR48 ( http://www.arcadianlighting.com/plc-tr48.html ) comes with ONE end cap and not a pair. They do this in the case that you might want to power your track with a PLC Lighting 3-Wire Halo-Compatible End Power Feed - PLC-TR127 ( http://www.arcadianlighting.com/plc-tr127.html ).
