    Though none of us here at Arcadian Lighting are licensed designers, Progress Lighting Shatter-resistant Acrylic Globe Outdoor Post Lantern - PG-P5436-60 would be a traditionally good fit for a column that is 18"x18". These type of post lanterns are also traditionally used in combination with pier mounts. The pier mount is installed on the column, then, the post lantern is installed on to the pier mount. We recommend one staying inside the brand that their lanterns are coming from to assure finish matching.
