Stem has telescoping adjustment for 5-1/2" minimum length to a maximum of 8-1/2". Allen screw provides positive set lock once length is selected. Base diameter is 1-5/16" and is approved for mounting to vertical surface. Stem terminates at mechanical connector for rail section and includes Allen locking tool.
