Ballast - Magnetic (M), Electronic (EL) are available in 120V, 277V, or Universal Input (EL only). Normal and high power factor ballast are available. CA Title 24 is 120V only.

13 - 26 Watt electronic 4-Pin quad
13 - 26 Watt electronic 4-Pin triple.
Emergency Option - 90 minute, 650 Lumen battery backup is available as a separately ordered and installed self contained kit for remodel IC fixtures. 1000 Lumen alternative is available - consult factory.
Fuse Option - 2A Fuse may be added to any compact fluorescent frame-in - consult factory.
Minimum Clearances - IC housings are rated for direct contact and do not have any minimum clearance requirements.
Installation - High tension tempered steel springs secure remodel housings evenly to ceiling: hole cutout template provided for convenience.
Listing - UL damp location with feed through UL wet location (Applies only when trims with lenses are installed).
This Nora Lighting vertical recessed light housing unit is designed for remodel IC applications and features a generous 6” size. The airtight housing helps to reduce air flow into the ceiling, adding to its energy efficiency and appeal. Ideal for insulated ceilings with no above access and rated for direct contact with thermal insulation and adjacent structural components.

  • I am ordering #NHRPIC-SERIES (Qty:2) and also the trim I selected is model Nora Lighting 6" IC Cone Reflector Trim NTA-99 (Qty:2) If I were to hire an electrician to install 2 new recessed can fixtures on an existing surface mounted lighting application, do I have all the components necessary for a successful installation?

    You are correct all you need is your housing unit and your trim to set up your recessed lighting.
