This Nora Lighting remodel recessed lighting housing features an electronic ballast for compact fluorescent 13W bulbs in your choice of color temperatures (sold separately). IC-rated, this design is also Energy Star compliant when used within a 4” aperture. It also meets the strict CA Title 24 Energy Code.
