The #270 light kit adds 2.5-inches to length of this fan.

Modern Fan brand ceiling fans do not come with pull chain on/off switch (except for the Industry Fan). A Modern Fan wall / remote control is highly recommended.

- Nice product with a sleek look
  
  Per purchased this fan in brushed aluminum for our pool house. The contrast between the brushed aluminum and the pickled pine ceiling is exactly what we were looking for. The mount is solid and easy to install. Screw placements are all logical and accessible. The blades are wood painted with an aluminum paint. At 9 feet up, it matches perfectly with the body of the fan. We purchased the small halogen light kit. It was the easiest light kit install for a fan I've seen. The glass and mount fitting works well. And the installation instructions are good, well illustrated and in English! Very good value for the price.
