    Hi Benjie, Below, you will find the dimensions of this fixture: Dimension of Lamp/Fixture: 56.5" H X 31.75" W Dimension of Shade: 5.8" BW X 3.5" H The manufacturer advised that 56.6" is the maximum height that this lamp can reach.

    The on/off switch is located right below the very head of the fixture, under the dome.
