Since I need lots of lighting fixtures over my table for paperwork and/or playing cards, will a large 100W bulb (A-19) fit in this pendant lighting fixture?

    The term "E26" relates to the base of a lightbulb, or the part of it that screws in or attaches to the fixture. It basically means means a normal, everyday run-of-the-mill type light bulb that we've all used most of our lives. The "A-19" is how they describe the shape of the bulb in question. The traditional Edison bulb shape is commonly referred to as an A-19 shape with an E36 base.
