The item was larger than expected even with measuring the area it was to be place in. One of the lights had a small dent on the packaging. As I opened the box the styrofoam was broken in a the area of the dented package. The light looked fine at first but upon further investigation the lower glass portion pulled away from the leading. Generally it was my opinion that if it separated that easily I wanted to return both items. So far the company has been good about crediting my account, but after several calls (4 maybe more)I still want to return or receive credit for the remaining one sconce. I will call Monday again. The customer service person has been great, knowledgable and helpful. I am hoping it all resolves quickly
