Does the Craftmade Riviera collection have a photocell? And what does it mean by transitional? Thank you!Mar 22, 2010
Hello Charity, Please be advised that the items in the Riviera collection that come with the compact fluorescent, GU24 bases do include the photo cell. As for the term "transitional," it is a way for us to categorize the fixture by style. If you should have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.Mar 23, 2010
I'm interested in the Craftmade Riviera family collection or the Craftmade energy efficient wall sconce. Does any of them have a photocell? If yes, it'd be nice if your website indicates that feature. Thank you!Mar 25, 2010

I am wondering if I hardwire these lights under my cabinets if they will be compatible with a dimmer switch? Are there any specific requirements, ir will any light dimmer be acceptable? Thank you, -Matthew J.Mar 26, 2010
Hello Matthew Depending on the type of lamping you have for your under-cabinet fixtures, the general rule is that you need to use the same kind of dimmer as your transformer. If you have an electric transformer you should use an electric dimmer and if you have a magnetic transformer you should use a magnetic dimmer. With some of the new LED under-cabinet fixtures this is not true.Mar 31, 2010
