Craftmade (the manufacturer), advised that first the top scroll arm has to be unscrewed from the backplate. They then advised that there are a couple of screws that sit on the top lid of the outdoor wall sconce. Those need to be removed and the top portion of the outdoor fixture then opens up to allow access to remove the light bulbs.Sep 27, 2011
