I would like to know how you change the light bulb on this Craftmade Cast Aluminum Hex Style Outdoor Hanging Light - CM-Z291. I sit opened on the bottom and will an adults hand fit to change the light or do you unscrew something to open it?

I was informed by the manufacturer that you would need to stick your hand through the opening in the bottom of Craftmade Z291 if you would like to change the bulb. They have also confirmed that an adults hand should fit through the opening.
