Can this control be used with other brands of fans?

Hello Albert, We recommend using the Craftmade TCS with like Craftmade models. The manufacturer can not guarantee function with competing brands. It is best to narrow down your fan brand and staying within brand for the wall control.

  Our Craftmade fans are 10 yrs old & we needed a new switch. Ordered it online but did not have all the info. Arcadian's customer service got involved & they are top notch. They contacted the mfg, solved the problem & even identified a replacement part needed for one of the fans. In the middle of this I experienced email problems & had to change addresses on them, but they didn't miss a beat. Need anything? Shop with ArcadianLighting, they will stay with you with through any problem. Hats off to you folks!
