Questions and Answers

We bought two ceiling fans for our new patio. We bought longer downrods at our local home improvement store (standard 3/4"). Our contractor says the fans take 1/2" downrods and cannot find any like that anywhere in town. Do these ceiling fans really take the 1/2" or is he mistaken. If they do take 1/2" rods do you sell them.

The person installing the ceiling fan from Craftmade is correct. The downrod needed is 1/2" in diameter for the ceiling fan reference (OPXL52).
