Are you able to use the Craftmade 3-Spotlight Disco Ball Light Kit - CM-LK55L-BN without it rotating? I would like to put this in my daughter's bedroom (which already has a ceiling fan with light kit on a remote control) but do not want to do this if it only throws disco light when on. I need it be a continuous (non-moving) light for her yet have the option to spin and throw disco light as well.Aug 04, 2010

The lights on the light kit are stationary and it is only the disco ball portion that spins. If you wish to mount it as a ceiling light without a fan then you would need to purchase the adapter CM-AD101.Jan 07, 2013
