I like how the Craftmade DC Epic 70" Traditional Ceiling fan looks model CM-DCEP70. Do I have to purchase the blades and light kit separately or is it sold with everything as shown in the picture?

Please be advised that the blades are purchased separately. Model # DCEP70 is the fan motor only. Also the light kit is sold separately as well and is not included with the fan motor.
