I have 3 concord fans with lights each with their own remote. One remote does not work properly. If it is out of the case we can make the thing line up but it takes pushing the button several times and just right for the light to work. It's been that way since we got it. I'd like to replace it or if possible fix it. Suggestions? Also, if I do need to buy another remote how do I get it to work with that particular fan since each remote only worked on one fan? In regards to model# CC-RM-08-R for the Concord Fans Handheld Remote Control. The manufacturer has a one year warranty on their products, therefore, if you are within your one year. The remote (which comes with a receiver) can be replaced. Otherwise, if you purchase model RM-08-R that will be all you need as it comes with the receiver (which is installed within the hub of the fan) to make the remote function.Aug 17, 2010
