Design Tips:
- When hanging a chandelier or pendant light that is heavy make sure that the fixture is properly supported and attached to the ceiling. Additional supports may need to be installed in the ceiling to support the weight of the chandelier.
- Center the chandelier over the table or in the center of the foyer or room. If the junction box is not centered, hire a licensed electrician to move it.
- A chandelier should not be mounted flush to the ceiling. When measuring take into account length of chain or the stem in the final height from both the ceiling and the floor or table.
