What are the differences between (1)"800RALPP1FIEAN", (2)"800MPIE Monopoint Mount" and (3) "800RLFIE: For use with Monorail system"?
How many lamps are there in each system?

Item 800RALPP1FIEAN is what Tiella calls their pendant pack. It is 1 Fiero pendant with 5ft. of field cuttable suspension cable and can only hold a max of 35W halogen bi-pin lamp. This fixture includes the rail connector and the hardware and finishes are of slightly lesser quality. They just package these for customers that often use the rail easy pack kits. Tiella makes the easy packs kits and pendant packs for consumers that want to achieve the monorail look but might not necessarily want to spend the higher cost associated with monorail systems which is why they are lesser in cost.
Item 800RLFIE is very similar to the 800RALPP1FIEAN except that there are slight differences. Item 800RLFIE comes with 6ft of field cuttable suspension cable and is made to house up to a 50Watt halogen bi-pin and includes the monorail adapter. The quality of the hardware and finishes are of better quality than their (easy pack products).
The item 800MPFIE (monopoint mount) just provides the shade, socket assembly and does not come with any mounting hardware. This is a 12V low voltage fixture so you would need to purchase canopy separately (the purchase of the canopy will include the transformer). If you click on the link and scroll down you will view the mounting hardware options.

Good Color & Design but the light filament is lacking....
Quality where the bulb plugs into the light filament is bad. I own three lights and two out of three are not working. I have to jiggle the bulb to light up the bulb. My wife is not happy! We love the amber color as it goes perfect with our granite counter tops, it looks like we will have to replace all three. Not a good investment if you are looking to purchase unless the manufactor replaces the defective light filaments.
