Can you tell me what would be the Minimum height (ceiling to bottom of lamp) that this Quorum Lighting 52" Colton Transitional Ceiling Fan - QR-36525 could be installed on a sloped ceiling? Does the lamp accept a standard size incandescent light bulb?

This Quorum Lighting 36525 comes with a 4" and a 6" downrod. Using only the 4" downrod the min height is 14.7". Also, this ceiling fan can be applied to a sloped ceiling without any additional accessories.

looks pretty but nonfunctional
When purchasing this fan through another seller, I was unable to find any product reviews anywhere on the web. I wish someone had taken the time to share their thoughts before I made the mistake of buying the jellyfish fan. Yes, it is a beautiful, unique looking fan and that's why I was willing to spend more than average on this piece. However, although it will look good the fan itself is worthless. Even on the highest setting, the amount of wind generated is minimal, and not enough to create even a faint breeze. The living room where I installed the fan is average size, and by no means would it ever be considered a large room. In addition, the light on the fan is even more of a joke. I have cheap .99 cent flashlights with almost dead batteries that have a greater light output. My advice is "DO NOT PURCHASE". You will be sorry...1 star rating was given because 0 stars was not an option.
