    The NT-317 will work with 3-Wire (Single Circuit) or 4-Wire (Two Circuit) Halo Compatible Track. In the track industry, it's called the "H Track" despite whatever brand you use. Unfortunately, I am not familiar with Ruud Tracks. If you can confirm with your electrician that Ruud Track is a Halo compatible track / H-Track, then you can use the NT-317. http://www.arcadianlighting.com/nt-317.html
