Very poor quality

The glass shade is described as iridescent and in the photo it appears to be amber-colored. In actuality, it is a muddy brown color, sort of like a paper bag, and when I attempted to rinse the packing dust off prior to installation, the color came right off the shade, leaving clear glass! Totally unacceptable. I notified customer service of my displeasure and my account was immediately credited, so 5 stars for customer service. I have shopped with Arcadian in the past and will continue to do so in the future, but will not purchase another Kenroy product because of the poor quality. Again, superb customer service.
