New Customer Review

Glass is flawed

My boyfriend bought this good-looking chandelier, but it is a very bad quality item. The cylinders are hand blown with dimples that support the rings (both inner and outer cylinders). The dimples build stresses into the glass, which cracks spontaneously. We replaced three cylinders and finally are giving up and returning the item to the vendor for a store credit.
