    Hello Marc, The DM-LV-309 is not IP rated. None of Dabmar's in-ground well lights are IP rated. The DM-LV-309 has a 7w led bulb and it is low voltage so you would need a 300Watt transformer to handle the power the lights

Nice looking but not working out of box

We bought two of these first for the garage that worked beautifully. So we went ahead bought 4 more for our backyard. However, all of them started flickering after turning on. Apparently they all have defect photo cell since the flickering would stop only if one covers the photo cell with finger or tape. When comparing to the two ordered earlier, we found out there was an external part missing (looks like a screw-on lens for the photo cell). Very disappointed. We now have to cover the sensor with a tape and turn on/off manually. Also, two of the 6 GU24 bulbs that came with the item stopped working after 3 days...
