Meyda Tiffany (the manufacturer), advised that the glass in this fireplace screen is clear. Therefore, you can see what is behind the screen. But since this is a custom made item that is made overseas, you can choose whatever color you want. We would need to get a quote on the glass if you do want a different color. The lead time is 6-8 months. Also, please be advised that this is a non-returnable item.
