      When you buy things on line, it's often a gamble as to how they'll REALLY look once you get them out of the box. This sconce looks solid and sturdy, and of nice quality. I haven't put them up yet, so cannot attest to their lighting ability, but the design will pair well with the fleur-di-lies front door in my craftsman home. I purchased the larger size, and was glad I did, as the smaller size would have looked too skimpy. The large size looks generous without overpowering. I only rated 4 stars because I cannot tell what they look like when turned on.
