I am interested in purchasing (2) 3 port flush mounts in Bronze(800MPR3) I need to know the Diameter of the unit, althought based on my Investigation of your website, How does the Tech-Sola-Head plug into the unit?? the web does not show that, it only shows the head cliped to a track. The 3 port flush mount is approximately 12.3 inches across and 1.8 inches high. The mono-point Tech-Sola head comes with a suspension cable and connects through a male-female end that screw into the canopy. This fixture is available in BronzeFeb 21, 2007

There is a tiella monorail system in my kitchen that was there when I purchased the home earlier this year. When I replaced a light yesterday, I saw sparks and now the entire system will not light. I checked the circuit breaker and it was not tripped, so I'm assuming the transformer shorted out. SO, the canopy I have looks like the 800mpr3, but it has a total of five lights on the track, so I need to make sure this is the correct replacement part to buy, since it says it includes the transformer. Before making any purchases you might want to contact Tiella's tech support directly. It does sound like quite possibly the transformer might have gone out but you can trouble shoot with Tiella Directly as it might be something more basic. There are a couple of different options as far as transformers go they have surface mount transformers: http://search.arcadianlighting.com/Results.aspx?find=800RLSRT30D&.autodone=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.arcadianlighting.com%2F800mpr3.html As well as remote transformers. Depending on the number of fixtures you have you muliple the wattage x number of fixtures to get the size of transformer that you need. For example say you have 5 pendants each at 50W then (5 x50= 250 Watts) So then you would need to purchase the 300W size.Nov 02, 2012
