Model 700FJFIR does not include the transformer and canopy. You will see a blue link on the right hand side that will show you the mounting options you have for this pendant. Also, this is a low voltage fixture so the transformer reduces the voltage from 120V to 12V, this means it is less heat and less energy. Tech Lighting also has 120V pendants if you are looking for something closer to line voltage.Jul 09, 2008

Hello Bernie, With the information you provided, I assume you have a regular standard track (there are 3 types of track systems: Halo/Juno/Lightolier).
